Through unwavering commitment and a thirst for learning, he climbed the ranks, evolving into a seasoned, professional, as a senior site superintendent, steering and orchestrating projects exceeding $100 million with finesse and precision.
Colin’s scope of responsibility is nothing short of comprehensive, encompassing oversight of all on- site activities from Day One to Final Completion. His astute guidance and meticulous attention to detail ensure that every phase of a project is executed with exactitude, culminating in successful and timely completions.

He got his start in 1985 as a junior quantity surveyor. With an insatiable appetite for knowledge and an unyielding work ethic, Steven navigated the ranks, evolving into a senior project manager role, where he spearheaded projects ranging from $2 million to $200 million.
Steven’s realm of responsibility spans the entire spectrum of project management, encompassing not only the logistical facets but also the pivotal role of managing the client’s journey from inception to Final Completion. His adept management ensures a seamless transition from design to execution, orchestrating a journey that meets and exceeds client expectations.
