Started as a junior quantity surveyor in 1985 and has run projects from $2M to $200M since. Steven owns the build: schedule, trades, budget, and the handoff from drawings to finished cottage.

Jessica leads structural and building envelope design, translating each cottage’s plans into drawings that meet code and hold up to Nova Scotia winters. She works closely with Steven’s team to keep design intent intact from first sketch to final stamp.

Every cottage gets a thermal scan
We use a FLIR Lepton 3.5 thermal camera to provide a thermographic scan and FLIR Thermal Studio Suite to analyze the data and produce a custom report for your completed cottage.
This ensures that the thermal performance of your building envelope meets with the agreed upon thermal specification; i.e., minimum R-35 or R-47.
